Crew Rates

Below is a list of Crew rates which include, Custodians, Laborers and Carpenters:

Cohen Great Hall Move furniture to behind fireplace/setup for event and take down $150 *This does not include cleanup
Reather Atrium MOve Furniture out of room except 2 couches and 2 coffee tables/setup room and take down $150 *This does not include cleanup
AyresRaether Dining Room Move furniture out of room/setup and take down $150 *This does not include cleanup
Cohen Great Hall Setup/take down-keeping all the furniture in Cohen and placing the soft furniture around the fireplace $120  
Cohen Great Hall Setup/take down-keeping all the furniture in Cohen and placing the soft furniture around the fireplace and adding folding chairs $150  
Cohen Great Hall Setup/take down-moving the furniture behind fireplace and setting up folding chairs around the fireplace $180  
Panel Setup Requires a chart string and custodial charge depending on the setup required and room being used Custodian Charge $31.03/hr

*Final event costs could take up until two months. These charges are generated from FO&M.

Set up needs for spaces will need to be complete and sent to MBAPO 14 days prior to the event.
Tuck Events & Facilities department is service oriented and would like to be able to fully support all events, however, late requests and incomplete planning, in a timely manner, prior to the event may create challenges we cannot meet in order to support your event.

Please plan on room set up needs – chairs, room layout, tables, banners, stanchions, trash, recycling, etc.

We work closely with Blood’s Catering for resources. Check website regarding pricing and then let MBAPO know what you would like to order and the order goes through Tuck Events & Facilities Office. Blood's Catering Website

If a banner needs to be hung between the two white pillars in front of Tuck Hall, it is the Carpenters job. See cost above. If a banner needs to be hung inside (designated areas only), the Building Repair Technician who works in Tuck Events & Facilities department will hang it at no additional cost.

Most events use Tuck resources, tables, chairs, trash and recycle bins. However, for larger events, more resources are required and they are provided by either Dartmouth FO&M or Blood’s Catering. See cost estimates above.
